Yoshi went and spent some time with Alex’s dad to cover his Harley for Vibes. Feature came out killer, we just need to get it translated for him. Arturo is a good man with the heart and mind of a 20 year old. This guy rules!

The Copper Chopper Finished
When Paul Yaffe called and asked me to make the seat for the Copper Chopper I was pretty excited. Even though I was born in Florida I grew up in Arizona from the age of five on. I consider it my home state. The copper bike was built as a rolling tribute to the state as it celebrates its centennial. Five dollar lottery tickets will be sold while it’s on tour and one lucky person will win an incredible bike. You can get info on you to buy tickets here. You can see more pictures of the completed bike here. The detail put into it is amazing. Things like the seven hundred hand made stainless rivets with copper centers for example. I’m looking forward to seeing it in person. Click on the pictures to see them in full size. Thanks again Paul!

You never know what he is thinking
McGoo is the funniest guy I know and it was great to walk the Swap with him yesterday. We didn’t find anything that we were looking for but I can guarantee that Julie will never forget her first encounter with him.
Enjoying bananas will never be the same for this girl. Welcome to California Julie!

That’s how we roll………..
McGoo and I have been helping each other with our bikes for awhile now. He spent countless hours here when I was building The Pink Taco and now I am helping him with the SpartanKiller. Alex, McGoo and I woke up the neighborhood with the sweet sounds of the cutting wheel to fabricate the oil bag and battery box.
Be sure to follow his thread on Chop Cult, as we will be welding them up soon. It is really nice to get away from the office once and awhile!

Coming soon
I was stoked to get the call that I would be making the seat for the Copper Chopper that is going to be a part of the Arizona Centennial anniversary. I grew up in Arizona and am proud to say that I still know and hang out with most of my high school friends. There are a lot of great memories here and I think Dad would be happy about this one.
Big thanks to Paul Yaffe for allowing me free range with the seat and design.
