The Limpnickie Lot Gives Back!

Lisa has come up with a way to give back to each stop of the Limpnickie Crew. This was her first go at this project and it worked out great all around. Second Harvest was very happy with the outcome. This hopefully is the first of many footprints the lot will leave at their stops around the country.

Our first ever food drive for the Limpnickie Lot was a huge success in Daytona Beach! We donated a grand total of $550.00 to the Second Harvest Food Bank.

We chose to spend the first hundred dollars at the local Food Loin store to add to the bins, which was a total of 140 lbs of non perishable food. We then proceeded to write a few checks totaling $450.00 to the Second Harvest Food Bank.

“With Second Harvest of Central Florida’s buying power equates to $4050.00 dollars worth of food. That in turn will feed 83 families of four for 4 days. We really appreciate you thinking of us and starting this program. You have made a lot of needy families happy.

Again thank you so much and we hopefully will see you for biketoberfest.”

Thanks to all of the Limpnickie Lot members for helping with this great cause. It feels great to give back to the community!
