This weekend!

limpnickie-cover1If you are heading to the V-Twin Expo this weekend, do me a favor, hit the Limpnickie Lot booth-2732- and pick up our latest builders manual.  I will not be able to make it as I am swamped in the shop ( I also hate snow)

Heading to Sturgis this year?

Ballard_BSC-flyer copyThe Limpnickie Lot will be set up at the Broken Spoke Campground this year in Sturgis. I am crossing my fingers that everything will work out and I can make it this year. I got to go a few years back and Lisa hasn’t made the trip yet.

This year , the Broken Spoke is throwing my friends a sweet 10% discount. They have tent spots, RV parking and private cabins. I really like the idea of the pool as it was hotter the hell the last time I went.

You can call them toll-free at 877-653-6679 (8-SPOKE-ON-79) or book online at: http://www.brokenspokecampground.com/reservations.php and remember to use the code “Ballard” when you book.

If you are looking for a spot to crash off the beaten path, this is the place.

BMR 2

Big Mt Event Logo CLR Please help support Chris Callen and the Limpnickie Lot’s Big Mountain Run happening on May 19 – 23rd. I don’t think I can make this unless there is a lot of us from the west coast heading that way. from last year’s pictures, it looks pretty wild and the riding seems to be on the type of road I like, smooth and easy. If you are in the area, be sure to stop by as I can guarantee they will keep you entertained. Thirty bucks for the whole weekend, bands included, sound pretty cool to me.

The Limpnickie Lot Gives Back!

Lisa has come up with a way to give back to each stop of the Limpnickie Crew. This was her first go at this project and it worked out great all around. Second Harvest was very happy with the outcome. This hopefully is the first of many footprints the lot will leave at their stops around the country.

The Limpnickie Lot Gives Back Program

masthead-top3

Daytona is not is my reach but Lisa is going to work for The Broken Spoke Saloon and Cycle Source Magazine. Big thanks to Brian Elliot for allowing me to have my books on display at the Limpnickie Lot. If you are heading to Daytona, it would be cool if you could throw some support to the kids-Thanks!

The Limpnickie Lot has joined forces with the Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida who is helping raise awareness for childhood hunger in Central Florida.

During Daytona Bike Week, there will be drop off boxes set up at The Stone Edge Skatepark located at 1848 South Ridgewood Ave in South Daytona Beach. We are asking you to join us, be a part of a special cause and bring a few can goods when you head over to the Lot. A small grocery bag hanging off your handlebars could help us greatly.

We help the economy during Daytona Bike Week; now let’s help the community that serves us thru out Daytona Bike Week.

To find out more about the Second Harvest Food Bank, please go to http://www.foodbankcentralflorida.org. You can also make a small donation on there site.

Look for it in the Limpnickie Lot Booth

DB_chickenwing

I was asked to send something for the Limpnickie Lot booth so I sent them this wall panel to display.  I don’t usually have extra seats or wallets lying around as I do everything one-off. The whole panel is hand tooled and sewn by me. Be sure to stop by their booth at #2817 and pick up your copy of the Limpnickie Builder Manual! Thanks!
